Real Racing 3

The worst thing that could happen with the biggest social racing game on the planet, RR2, is becoming unsocial.
That's what happened with the release of the latest version. Although FM didn't count this in despite of the whole Game Center mess, that actually is just a bulletin board but not a friend center, RR3 is a anti social arcade style game, with high realistic HD eye candy. I do NOT complain about that, all well done and a big achievement.

But think, what brought us together here and what made us compete and do better race after race, what made us friends, made us write PM's, organizing events, making groups, weekly racing days, Funny weekend cars, racing seasons, UTT, QR , the struggle to be first on the list, PP Races, BBQ's, Rep A racer threads, writing on a racers wall about the completed or DNF'd races and the fun you had with them.... and waiting night fall to meet our desired friends from all over the world!
Yes indeed, RR2 did this and we were hooked.

All I can see now is a polished and nice racing game with not one personal touch involved.
I see no difference racing on a console with the same astonishing graphics but only AI around.
TSM you say!? Don't let me laugh, this TSM is messing with my mind, my style, my skills, my preferred tracks, my lines, my braking points, my tail lights and even my will to be polite and courteous. This AI that manages the whole TSM is just making a mediocre character of the mix who I really am, be warned its not ME you are racing, it is me but transformed into zero's and one's with additional mock up from the game server, but it's not ME.

In fact the biggest so called progress, the introduction of TSM what first looked as a huge step forward is nothing more than a cheap twist to avoid more complex online game serving were we can meet as real people and friends.

I doubt RR3 will ever be as addictive as his predecessor, that is not in this way. For now, a big, big mistake.
