Summary

It's scrabble, right? Well, not as we adults know it.

Junior Scrabble, a kid's representation of the classic word game, not only pits players against the computer in a bid to score the most points, it also has significant educational value.

It's the first video game version of Mattel's hardback equivalent, and encourages English-speaking youngsters to play with pictures and colours as well as words.

The game of Scrabble itself is pretty much the same as any other interactive incarnation, and any alterations or additions made in non-standard games are thoroughly explained.

As an additional bonus, Runecraft and Ubi Soft have included exclusive games of Hangman and Anagram. Players can compete against each other for an added sense of competition.

There's nothing too special present in Junior Scrabble, but then there doesn't need to be. It's fun and it's educational, and it's Scrabble, people! Enough said.
