When a mysterious force messes around with nine of Cartoon Network's most beloved franchises, all kinds of chaos ensues as villains run amok and heroes are left confused. Dexter calls upon the rest of the Cartoon Network's finest to solve the mystery and return order to their universes - by slapping all of their foes into oblivion!
