who ever wrote flawed on the 360 is obviously a sad pathetic PS3 owner who has nothing better to do with his time, because the console he bought has fcuk all out on it & is just collecting plenty of well paid 4 dust in the corner.... this game is perfection. suffer.
Yep, there's no denying, the 360 cut is gold. The PC cut is good too, but we can all have high end PC. PS3 owners are kicking themselves because the PS3 version is delayed.
PS3 delays are now the embarassing bane of the console. You've only really got Sony to blame for that.
Bioshock is a modern masterpiece game. Go, buy, play.
I agree - I can see no other point to having either option of Flawed on PC or Flawed on 360 other than to start flame wars. The game is a work of art and the poll needs rewording. Those options are not open to interpretation or opinion.
The game clearly is a prime example of how games should be made (except for the obvious plastic look...again!). How can a game like that be flawed on any platform if executed right.
I actually thought this poll was talking about technical problems because I just got it today and it has caused my 360 to freeze 3 times! According to Billson its done that to him too though. Hopefully there'll be a patch on Live soon enough. Anyone else had this problem?
The little I have played though is brilliant. I do love it. Just couldn't be arsed playing it again today after that third freeze. Try again 2m.

Actually that's most likely the "Unreal Engine 3" default sheen. It's just that it's been used in a lot of the 360's top titles. Gears and rainbow six to name a couple.
The reason for it is that it's mostly a trick. Anyone who has played gears online and seen the textures load can tell how it works. Simple smudge brown blobs on the ground, then a decent res normal map on top and sometimes another map on top of the to diffuse the lighting. The reality is those effects are still basically fancied up versions of the emboss feature in photo shop. The illusion of depth on those surfaces is created by taking the base colors and lightening or darkening them based on the angle of the light (that's way over simplified compared to all the things normal mapping does but you get the my drift).
As for the poll, the game is flawed in many ways, but still f**king awesome. Course I wrote a 7 page review with all my opinions on that already so I won't waste my fingers on it here. ;) ______
