Summary
For most people, Christmas is a happy time; but there are a few fictional beings that think the exact opposite. Two of the most well known Christmas-hating characters are Scrooge, but more importantly, The Grinch. Not surprisingly, in the run up to Christmas 2000, a video game instalment of The Grinch is about to make its way onto the shop shelves; just in time to spoil everyone’s festive spirit.
On this occasion, you have the opportunity to play as The Grinch in a rendered 3D world of animated-style visuals. Aided by your loyal pet, Max, you must use your abilities as a scrooge, and go on a mission to ruin every child’s dream; a stocking full of presents. The Grinch bares many 3D platforming elements of play, including jumping, climbing, and the infamous ground-pound. The involvement of Max the dog introduces a second playing style into the game, and the finished product should show some interesting combinations of gameplay.
