LostMagic - DS/DSi

LostMagic's story is ushered in by the passing of the Great Creator, divine architect of our world. LostMagic's populous has long been protected by the six forms of magic and the seven wands left to them by the Creator. Magicians maintained law and order for a thousand years of blissful well-being. Unfortunately, one dark day, The Diva of Twilight - a sage and keeper of the Wand of Balance - lost all faith in her people and summoned monsters from another realm to wantonly destroy everything in their path. The death knell had sounded for the golden age.

The only hope lies with the wizard Isaac and the seven magic wands left behind by the creator. In the chaos, Isaac was separated from his family and is now under the tutelage of a venerable magician he ran across deep in the forest. Monsters wield unimaginable power in this realm, and as Isaac, the player will use the stylus to unleash magic spells and command numerous monster squads in magical battles.

Isaac's father appears before him in the forest just before the adventure really kicks off. He hands his son a wand (a DS stylus, see?) and without a word, disappears again. This is just the beginning of a heart-warming story and the journey of a lifetime for young Isaac. more
