Summary

Is there extra-terrestrial life out there? To what lengths would you go to find out? J.U.L.I.A. follows the science fiction adventure of one Rachel Manners, an astrobiologist who is suddenly awakened from cryogenic sleep on her assigned starship, only to find that she is the only human survivor left on the vessel.

Set in 2430, and with only a reconnaissance robot named Mobot and the ship’s temperamental artificial intelligence system J.U.L.I.A. for company, Rachel tries to unravel the mystery behind her situation. She has no memory of why she was sent to cryogenic sleep, let alone why she was abruptly woken up.

To make matters worse, the ship she’s on is in serious need of repair. So, in this narrative-driven adventure game, your task is to explore the ship, repair it and rediscover your memories. As you do so, you’ll be able to explore the unknown planet that the vessel seems to have conveniently arrived at when Rachel came out of cryogenic sleep.

Overcoming puzzles and other challenges along the way won’t be easy - you’ll need the help of both Mobot and J.U.L.I.A. to progress through the story. Rachel will explore six planets throughout her adventure - and maybe she might find some alien life while she’s doing it.
