Summary
Hustlers have a new way of strutting their stuff as Hustle Kings VR brings the world's greatest bar-room game to PSVR.
It doesn't take a visionary developer to see the applications of virtual reality for pool videogames. Players can use the immersion of VR to look around the pool table and figure out the angles just like you would in real life. The game can be played either with a standard DualShock 4 configuration, with motion-enhanced DualShock 4 play or with dual PlayStation Move controllers, a new feature implemented especially for VR.
There's a range of game modes on offer - chalk up your cue and play 8-ball, black ball or modes like 3-ball, 9-ball, 14-1 continuous or killer. If you really want to step up the challenge a notch, you could even try your hand at snooker. There's even a Puzzle Challenge Mode loaded with increasingly fiendish pool puzzles for you to test your skills against.
The game can be played locally or online against your mates or, if you want to step out of your comfort zone, in one of the multi-tiered online leagues or tournaments against hustle kings from across the world.
And if all that still isn't enough, you could test yourself against one of the crazy tables...
