Summary

Dishonored, Arkane's murky series of stealth, strategy and first-person action is back and firing on all (quiet, mysterious) cylindars.

This time out you play as the notorious Billie Lurk, supernatural assassin and all-round badass, as she teams up with her mentor, Daud, in order to pull off the greatest assassination ever conceived - killing the godlike Outsider. You'll explore the darkest corners of Karnaca - from underground fight clubs to black magic cults - to unearth the origins of this strange, powerful figure and kill your way to victory. This is not a game for the faint of heart.

As with previous entries in the series, gameplay is built on action and strategy. You can stick to the shadows and slowly creep and murder your way to your dubious victory, or step into the daylight and take on all comers. What has always marked out Dishonored is the breadth of options, strategies and tactics available to the player. Whatever you choose, you'll bring a set of abilities and gadgets that could only come from a Dishonored game into the fray. New abilities for this installment include discplacement (a short range teleport); foresight (the ability to travel outside your body and scout the surrounding area) and semblance (the option to steal someone's appearance).

On your way to your kill you'll face new foes such as the immortal Envisioned, the relentless Sisters of the Oracular Order and the new Clockwork Soldiers; undertake a bank heist and take out Contracts to kill optional targets throughout your mission. It's a murky business, doing good in Karnaca. Are you up to it?
